Refund policy

At BlueHourDance, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before shipping.
We want you to love what you wear — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the limits below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept returns or exchanges only for quality-related issues.
Examples include:

  • Major damage (e.g., large tears, holes, or severe sewing defects)

  • Obvious workmanship or fabric problems

  • Significant measurement discrepancies from the size chart

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, dislike of style/color, or minor fitting differences.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Products showing stains, odor, or any signs of wear will not be eligible for return.


2. Return Request Period

You must submit your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:

    • Send us a direct message on Instagram: @bluehourdance
      Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.

  2. Review: Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. Approval: If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.

Please do not send any returns without prior authorization — unauthorized packages will not be accepted.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Quality-related issues:
    We’ll reimburse the one-way return shipping fee after the returned item is received and inspected.
    Customers are asked to prepay the return shipping and keep the receipt for reimbursement.
    (We recommend choosing an economical carrier.)

  • Non-quality-related issues:
    Returns for personal reasons (style, color, size preference, etc.) are not accepted at this time.


5. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal).

  • Timing: Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
    You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed.


6. Important Notes

  • All orders are shipped directly from our main studio in China, and we currently do not offer local returns in other countries.

  • Customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable, as they are charged by your local authorities.

  • To avoid unnecessary returns, please review our size guide carefully before placing an order.
